温度变化对番茄幼苗抗寒性的影响

摘要: 在低温(15℃)、中温(20℃)、高温(25℃)条件下生长的番茄幼苗,定植前15d放置在相同的高温条件下(25℃),测定了各处理不同时期幼苗叶片中脯氨酸、束缚水、自由水含量,以观察其抗寒性的变化,结果表明:在低温下生长的番茄幼苗抗寒性较强,中温下生长的幼苗次之,高温下生长的幼苗抗寒性最差;但三种处理的幼苗放置在同样的高温下抗寒性迅速下降,尤其是低温下生长的幼苗下降幅度最大,到定植时不同温度处理幼苗的抗寒性已无明显差异。

Abstract: Tomato seedlings which have been risen in low (15℃) , Medium (20℃) and high temperature (25℃) were put into same condition (25℃) before set in field. In order to find change of cold resistance, the content of proline, binding water and free water were determined. The results were as follows: Cold resistance of tomato seedlings was better when it was rosen in low temperature, weak when it was rosen in medium temperature and weakest when it is rosen in high temperature. But the cold resistance of seedlings of three treatments declined rapidly after temperature was changed into high temperature, especially the seedlings rose in low temperature, the cold resistance of seedlings of three treatments was no obvious difference before they were set in field.
