玉米黄早4改良系应用可行性的研究

摘要: 对黄早4及其9个改良系进行了配合力测验,并对改良单交种和改良系自身产量作了比较。结果表明,冀35单株产量一般配合力最高,显著高于黄早4;特殊配合力方差部分以黄早4-15、D黄212较高,冀35居中,改良单交种只有冀35×掖107比原单交种增产显著。改良系自身产量以冀45、冀35、D黄212较高,比黄早4显著增产。所有改良系在抗病性方面均有不同程度提高。必须通过试验才能确定某一特定改良单交组合推广利用的价值。

Abstract: Combining ability of Huangzao 4 and its nine improved line hybrids and the yields of these lines per se were evaluated in the present paper.It was indicated that general combining ability for yield per plant of Ji 35 was the highest among the nine improved lines,while the variance of special combining ability was high for Huangzhao 4-15 and D Huang 212,and middle for Ji 35.Among the improved hybrids.it was only the Ji 35×Ye 107 that increased significantly in yield, compared with the original hybrid.Among the improved lines the yields of Ji 45,Ji 35 and D Huang 212 were remarkably higher than that of Huangzao 4.Disease-resistance was also improved to some extend for all of the lines tested.It is necessary for the improved hybrids to be tested before it is spread for commercial purpose.
