水分胁迫下ABT生根粉对玉米耐旱性的影响

Effects of ABT Root-promoting Powder on the Drought -resistance Mechanism of Maize Under Water Stress

摘要: 在水分胁迫条件下,经ABT生根粉浸种的玉米植株,推迟了出现暂时萎蔫和永久萎蔫的时间,并且对株高、叶片和根的生长、根吸收活性表面积、伤流量及伤流强度、叶片水势等有显着影响,对降低脯氨酸含量也有显着作用。证明ABT生根粉参与了玉米的代谢活动,具有提高植株吸水耐旱能力的作用。

Abstract: Soaking of corn seeds in the solution.of ABT(root-promoting powder)retarded the period of temporary and permanent appeared wilt of the seedings under water stress.Significantly effects on plant high, leaf and root growth, active absorption area of root,bleeding quantity and strength, and water potential of leaf, ect.And besides,the prolihe content decreased obviously after treatment.The results indicated that ABT participated the activity in the metabolism of corn plant and possessed the action on enhanced its potentialities for absorbing water and resisting drought.
