石灰性土壤上VA菌根强化玉米对非水溶性磷肥的吸收与利用

摘要: 应用盆栽土培试验方法,研究了石灰性土壤接种VA菌根真菌(G,epigaeum)提高玉米对三种弱酸溶性磷肥和一种水溶性磷肥的吸收与利用的状况.研究结果表明,VA菌根可以增强玉米作物对弱酸溶性磷肥的吸收与利用植株地上部与地下部的含磷量,吸磷量和干物重均显著增加.各种磷肥的利用率都显著提高.在供试土壤上,施用水溶性磷肥(重过磷酸钙),接种VA菌根菌后,玉米植株的含磷量有所提高,却无明显的促进生长的效应.

Abstract: The experiments were carried out in pots for studying the effect of V A-mycorrhiza (G. epigaeum) on enhancing absorption and utilization of 3 species of weak-acid-soluble phosphate fertilizers and a water-soluble phosphate fertilizer in calcareous soil. The results showed that inoculation of V A-mycorrhiza in the soil could increase absorptivity and utilization coefficient of weak-acid-soluble phosphate fertilizers by maize plant, particularly increase the effect of water-insoluble phosphate on the plant growth, and also increase the weight of dry matters, phosphorus content in underground and upground of the plant and phosphorus absorptivity of the maize plant.
