摘要: 细胞色素氧化酶活化转折点温度与玉米芽期抗冷性密切相关,是反映植物抗冷性的一个较好指标,其统计数据可用于玉米芽期抗冷级别的化分。线粒体膜脂脂肪酸不饱和指数和亚油酸/棕榈酸也可作为玉米芽期抗冷性指标。膜脂不饱和脂肪酸的摩尔百分含量是否可作为玉米芽期抗冷性的指标,有待于进一步的研究。玉米芽期抗冷性潜力很小。

Abstract: The transition temperature at wich activation energy(Ea)changed for cytochrome oxidase was closely correlation with chilling-resistant level of maize varieties.This indicated that the transition temperature of Ea changed for the enzyme was a better biochemical index wich reflected maize resistant ability to chilling injury.Their statistical data can be used to differentiate chilling-resistant level of maize in shoot period.The index of unsaturation fatty acid and palmitoleic acid/linoleic acid in mitochondrial membrane lipids can be used as biochemical index of chilling-resistance in some plants.The molecular percent of unsaturation fatty acids in the membrane lipids was not sure whether it can be used as biochemical index of chilling-resistance.The potenciality of chilling-resistance in maize in shoot period was very small.
