Abstract: Difference of 10 mineral elements in leaves of 6 flue-cured tobacco genotypes, including JiYan9,NC89,Zhongyan100,Zhongyan98,Yunyan87,9407,during growing period was studied by comparative test,in order to detected effect of absorbent and utilization to mineral nutrition and select nutrient coordination and had better quality to flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that:there was significant difference of P among genotypes in field growth phase, which was the largest at the 50 d and was the least at the 70 d after transplanting.Among all genotypes,Yunyan87 and Jiyan9 had the most accumulation amount to P,and NC89 and Zhongyan100 had the least; The content of Potassium in six genotypes unreached significant from 70 d to 90 d after transplanting, and Ca,Na,Zn unreached significant from 60 d to 90 d;There was largest difference of Mg content among genotypes at 50 d after transplanting, and then declines gradually;there was significant difference of B,Mn,Cu among six genotypes in 50-90 d after transplanting, and the concentration of which in the leaf of Jiyan9 and 9407 was large.Jiyan9 and Yunyan87 had better absorbent and coordination of mineral nutrition which was suitable planted in Yanbian area.
