Abstract: The aim of the present study was to carry out nuclear transfer with the goat somatic cell as nuclear donors,to compare the effects of the sources of recipient oocytes and donor cell types on the fusion rate of reconstructed oocytes. The result showed that the fusion rate of reconstructed oocytes from in vivo or in vitro matured oocytes which was FSHstimulated or abattoir derived was 71. 9%,78. 4%,73. 1%respectively, there was no significant difference among them.Cumulus cells and skin fibroblast cellswas used as donor cells, and the fusion rate of reconstructed oocytes from them was77. 1%, 68. 3%respectively,there was significant difference between them.
