Aetiologic Studies on Fruit Shrink of Jujube

Abstract: Diseased fruits of jujube fruit shrink were collected in eight counties of Hebei and Henan provinces.Pathogens which were isolated from diseased fruits were diagnosed and identified according to Koch’s principles.The pathogens are Coniothyrium sp.Alternaria tenuis Nees, a fungus belonged to Agonomycetales and a kind of bactrium.The former three are all weak parasitic fungi belonged to Deuteromycotina.Different appearing frequencies were obtained in different years and locations.From 1992 to 1994 the total isolating rates of the four pathogens were 14.9%,12.96%, 11.47%and 11.11%, respectively.The proportions among the four pathogens were 30.28%,25.79%,23.30% and 20.63%.
