Studies on the Superovulation of Cows by Using Hormones(FSH, PGF2a) Produced in China

Abstract

Abstract: Two hormones(FSH, PGF 2α) produced in China were used to study the effects of mechods, timing, dosages, combination ratios and treatment procedures on superovulation. And the influences of ages, embryo number, post-partum periods, seasons, climate and repeated superovulation on the superovulation of donor cows were also studied during 1986-1989. The results indicated that the superovulation could be obtained by FSH treatment.
