The Improvement of Sweet Cherry Propagation with Tissue Culture In Vitro

Abstract: The improvement of sweet cherry propagation with tissue culture. in vitro was studied by using the cultivar Napoleon Bigorream and the hybrid stock 4-145. The best media for shoot proliferation and shoot healthful growth were selected.It was found that the ferulic acid could increase rooting effipiency of the hybrid stock, which hard roots usually, and inhibit excessive callus growth on shoot basal. The light hardening culture was the key factor of the affecting trasplant success.
