Abstract:
The relationship between the sterile techniques of the explants and contamination rate in the artificial inoculation was studied. The results showed that the techniques not only could effectively reduce the contamination rate of the explants, but also had no influence on their growth and differentiation.The main points of the sterile techniques are as follows :1. To dehydrate the explants in moderation; 2. To peel off the scales or cuticula of the explants before sterilization; 3. To prolong the sterilization time properly according to the different kinds and types of the explants.
