Abstract: In this experiment,3-year-old Yangfeng persimmon saplings as test materials, the budding young trees, flowering and vigorous shoots from different angles by bending branch of its processing to study the effects of persimmon saplings bending branch growth. The results showed that:bending branch could significantly improve the persimmon leaf soluble sugar and starch content, but its variation was not obvious,Yangfeng infancy processing branches soluble sugar content was higher than the overall processing flowering branches, twigs to restore its overrall sugar content in the average level of 90° bending branch of the highest starch content Yangfeng leaves to 110° bending branch was the highest; Yangfeng leaf chlorophyll content with branch angle decreased, which leaves protein content of branch angles were higher than the control.
