Abstract: In order to search for the effects and the mechanism of nutrient stress on anti-senescence rice, the proteins expression profile of functional leaves at the booting stage of hybrid rice Longping 001 was studied by using the approach of plant proteomics.Proteins collected from Longping 001 leaves were separated with 2-DE and then analyzed with Imagemaster 2D Elite 5.0.Twenty-six differentially expressed proteins were obtained, among which 17 proteins were identified by ESI-Q MS/MS.The functions of these 17 proteins were analyzed and the results showed that:hybrid rice Longping 001 has strong adaptability to nutrient stress. The expression abundance of photosynthesis,nutrient-reused and stress resistance associated proteins increased in leaves, which should be beneficial to produce more material for plant development and protect photosynthetic organism away from senescence.
