Abstract: Taking filled flue-cured tobacco(Nicotiana tobacum L.)variety of Northeast China Longjiang 911 as test material, the regression effect models on nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium(NPK)fertilizers and reducing sugar content flue-cured tobacco was established by orthogonal regression experiment in field, and the various factors and interactions in models were analyzed. The NPK fertilization scheme to optimization of reducing sugar content was calculated. Results by the model analysis showed that reducing sugar contents flue-cured tobacco increased first and then decreased along with nitrogen increase;phosphorus increase, reducing sugar declined, and reducing sugar contents showed a sharp decline with the increase of potassium. The two-factor effects of NKP were in order of PKNKNP.Value within a certain that phosphorus and potassium, nitrogen and potassium showed positive correlation with reducing sugar content, that exist promote effects;but antagonistic effects on reducing sugar content existed between nitrogen and phosphorus.By comprehensive analysis on fertilizer model of reducing sugar contents in the leaves of the flue-cured tobacco and NPK fertilizers, application rates of proposed fertilizers in tobacco production of warp soil was nitrogen fertilizer 24.9-65.1 kg/ha,phosphorus fertilizer 13.1-61.1 kg/ha and potassium fertilizer 62.1-194.4 kg/ha.
