Abstract: Three groups of dry seeds of maize inbred lines, including Zheng58,Chang7-2 and K12 were implanted with different doses of low energy N+ ion beam.We analyzed the dates of germination percentage, germinating energy and agronomic characters, and find that to the energy 30 kV,7×1016 N+/cm2 was the best implanted dose.At the mean time, the cluster analysis was done by molecular markers with 10 pairs of SSR primers.39 alleles were detected,2-5 alleles per primer, average 3.9.Zheng58 of the three inbred lines implanted with N+ ion beam was the most sensitive.According to the cluster analysis, the best implanted dose was 7×1016 N+/cm2 to the energy 30 kV.The results of the two methods were almost consistent.
