Abstract: Using 3ctiu mRNA expression quantity as an internal reference，the differences of growth hormone(GH) mRNA expression in pituitary of Clarias gariepiuus in high density pond culture at different months old were an-alyzed with the employment of semiuantitative RTCR method.
