Isolation and Identification of Kidney Strain of Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus

Abstract

Abstract: A strain of infectious bronchitis virus was isolated from chickens which suffered from kindnhey lesions.The strain was deterndned by hemagglutination test,dwarfing embryo nated chicken eggs,ND interference test,reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Animal regression test,The result showed that the strain is a nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus. named for the SC0911 strain.
