Diagnosis Research of Porcine Reproductive Disturbance in Shandong Province

Abstract

Abstract: Aborted,fatal death and died after postnatal′ s pigletswere collected in Shandong province. The PCR,RT- PCR,ELISA tests and cell culture were performed to detect Porcine Reproductive Disturbance:classical swine fever virus ( CSFV), pseudorabies virus( PRV), porcine circovirus ( PCV), porcine parvovirus ( PPV)and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus ( PRRSV). From the detection results,CSFV,PCV-2 were positive,PRRSV, PRV, PPV were negative. The result indicated that the swine field were infected by CSFV and PCV-2,but CSFV was severity.
