Abstract: Several factors that affected the ISSR-PCR applification ofO.racemosaTurcz.,such as concentration of template DNA,primer,Mg2+and dNTP were examined.The optimal ISSR-PCR reaction system in the experiment was established as follows:20 ng template DNA,0.24μmol/L primer,2.0 mmol/L MgCl2<.sub>and 0.15 mmol/L dNTPs.The research provided some foundamental data to the studies and use ofO.racemosaTurcz
