Abstract: Verticillium dahlias Kleb toxin extraction has been commonly used several extracting methods for many years.Actually,the different methods extracting toxin is a significant difference in the poisonous protein content and pathogencity.It has not reported the correlative quantitative analysis for a long-time about it.The comparison of the article with several four common extracting methods was test and selected the best one in the experiment.
