Abstract: Qualitative analysis of phenolic compound in Pistacia vera L. with different extracted ?? methods, NaOH inwater is the best method of extracted of phenolic compound in Pistacia vera L.The trimethylsilylated phenolic compoundidentified by gas chromatographic and mass spectrometric that compared with the standard sample. The Pistacia vera Lcontent catechin, gallic acid, coumaric acid, pyrocatechol, pyrogallol.
