Abstract: he highly effective plant expression vector with Imt1 gene and pDH01 was construct-ed and delivered into tobacco cultivar NC89 via Agrobacterium -mediated transformation. The F1 progeny of transgenic tobacco plant showed highly salt tolerance to 1.5% sodium choloride.
