Preliminary Studies on the Cel 1 u1 ases of Two Fungi Used on Feed Enzyme

Abstract

Abstract: Using bran feed as medium to cultivate Aspergillus niger F₂₇ and Tirichoderma viride T₁,the enzyme activities of CMCase and FP-enzyme of these two kinds of fungi are less powerful than in the rice straw medium,and the reductive sugar of the bran feed is also decreased. So it's better to make feed cellulase with extra enzyme. The optimum temperature,the stablity of temperature and the effect of hydrochloric on bran feed,chicken feed and pig feed of the cellulases of these two kinds of f ungi are tested. The results showed that F₂₇ is more proper than T₁. The optimum pH and the stablity of pH conditions in pigs and domestic fowls digestive systems,CMCase and FP-enzyme of these two kinds of fungi have obviously mutual.
