Abstract: According to the analysis of agronomic characters and quality traits of 1069 varieties of soybean germplasm resources,we found that the yellow soybean germplasm resources in Shandong Province were abundant and the variation of agronomic characters,such as growth duration,plant height,100 seed weight,and so on,was large.We also found there were 989 varieties of soybean,accounting for 92.52%,which protein concentration was above 40% and those resources provided us of good materials to culture high protein content soybean cultivars.Based on the correlation analysis of agronomy and quality characters of 164 varieties which protein content was above 45%,it was found that the protein content of purple flower varieties was higher than that of white flower varieties and the higher weight of 100 seed of varieties,the higher oil content of they were.
