Abstract: In this paper, it was summarized that effectiveness of an ultrafiltration device, different sizes of an ultrafiltration device, the concentration of dietary enzyme-hydrolysed casein, animal trial process and results of using enzyme-hydrolysed casein, respectively, on enzyme-hydrolysed casein method for determining endogenous ileal amino acid excretion in the pig.
