Abstract: Changes of endogenous hormones during the callus induction and buds differentiation in Anthurium andraeanum were studied by ELISA.The results showed that there was high content level of IAA,GA3,ABA,and ZR in leaflets, while they decreased during callus induction stage. The contents of IAA,GA3 kept decreasing,ABA,ZR of Ping Champion had increased slightly and that of Arizon were at low level respectively. After the plantlet transplanted, the four endogenous hormones in Pink Champion increased sharply while IAA,GA3 in Arizon still kept low level and ABA,ZR increased to a high level.

Key words: Anthurium andraeanum, In vitro culture, Endogenous hormones
