Study on Detecting Moderate Vaccine Virus and Standard Violent Virus of IBD by Using Rapid Diagnosis Strip

Abstract

Abstract: The results of the poultry flocks injected with a variety of IBD vaccines were negative by both IBD rapid diagnosis strip and agar gel immunodiffusion testing(AGIDT).The earliest times of detecting IBDV from the poultry flocks infected artif icially with IBDV were 36 and 96 hours af ter injecting for the IBD rapid diagnosis strip detecting and the AGIDT, respectively.The limits of detecting IBDV for the IBD rapid diagnosis strip, ELISA and AGIDT were 800 ELD50, 400 ELD50 and 2.5 ×10⁴ ELD50, respectively.The IBD rapid diag nosis strip was 32～64 times as sensitive as the AGIDT.The IBD rapid diagnosis strip detecting was a effective diagnosis method with simple, rapid, sensitive and specific advantages
