Abstract: In the study, the performance of double-low CMS 384A on cytoplasmic male sterile was observed and analysed It has been found that the cytoplasmic male sterility of CMS 384A belongs to typical anther spoilable sterile type Anthers spoiled completely Petals stretch normally The male sterile was stable The cytoplasmic male sterile of CMS 384A belongs to sporophytic sterile type, and its male sterility is derived from the interaction of a cytoplasmic sterile gene (S) with a pair of recessive nucleus genes (rr) The genotypes of CMS 384A was S(rr) But the cytoplasmic male sterlie was also affacted by its corresponding polygenes.
