Abstract: The anatomical structure of leaves were compared by using conventional paraffin method in Brassica chinesis L. under artifitial culture condition applying different concentration of potassium, phosphorus, zinc nutrient solution respectively. The results indicated that the different concentration of potassium nutrient solution made various effects on the differentiation of mesaphyll cells, the number of chloroplasts in mesaphyll cell, the activity of vascular cambium cells of Brassica chinesis L.;the different level of phosphorus concentration affected the dynamics of starch grain accumulation in the chloroplast; and zinc nutrition affected changes of the size and the number of chloroplast.
