Abstract: The difference in sensitivity of wheat powdery mildew to triadimefon was compared with detached leaftip method, whole plant method, test-tube method, and bait plant method, and the sensitivity baseline was established .As a result the strain resistant to this agent was found. The results of our study will provide a reference for testing the fungicide resistance of wheat powdery mildew.
