Abstract: Dwarfing-sterile wheat is a dominant genic male sterile material with dwarfing marker. The dominant gene Ms2 for male sterility and the dominant gene Rht10 for dwarfness are closely linked on the short arm of chromosome 4D.Dwarfing-sterile wheat was pollinated by non-dwarfing variety. Of progenies from the cross, dwarf plants will be male sterile type, while non-dwarf plants will be male fertile type. Dwarfing-sterile wheat has potential value in recurrent selection and conventional breeding
