Abstract: The present paper reports, two white dent(Ai1278C,Ai 1278C-2 ) and one yellow flint inbred lines( Hai7-1 ) were developed successfully by using breeding methods for one cycle line and two cycle lines. Its showed a good yields, high combining abilitys and superior multiple characters.According to determination of resistance to H elminthos porium turdcum and Hel-minthos porium maydis in laboratory and field condiction in large number, migh t be concluded, three breeding inbred lines were similar or better than of resistant disease lines( 330, 525 , C103Mol7e t c. ) in resistance to H. turdcum H. maydis Ai 278C 2 was very outstanding in resistanding in resistance to H . maydis. At the same time, we have biscussed the effect problems on the some methods of breeding with resistance to disease line and tests of early generation.
