断根深度对花生根系生长分布和衰老特性及产量的影响

Effects of Root Cutting in Different Depths on Root System Distribution, Senescence Character and Yield of Peanut

摘要: 为明确花生适宜的断根程度,为花生高产栽培提供理论与技术依据。以高产花生品种青花7号为材料,采用箱栽试验方法,研究了断根深度对花生根系生长分布、衰老特性及产量的影响。结果表明,适度断根可以控制前期根系过快生长和延缓后期根系干质量下降,尤其能够促进后期深层土壤中的根系生长,增加中下部根系所占比例;适度断根能够延缓各土层根系活力和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性最大值出现的时间和下降的速度,同时降低花生根系丙二醛(MDA)的含量,延缓根系衰老;对产量而言,适度断根能够显著提高花生有效果数、荚果产量和籽仁产量;但过度断根则不具有这种效应。认为花生的适宜断根深度为10~15 cm。

Abstract: The effects of root cutting in different depths on root system distribution,senescence character and yield of peanut were studied by using the box culture method.The results showed that:Moderate root-cutting could control the root system growth too fast at early stage and delay the root dry weight decreased at late stage.Especially,it promoted the root growth in deep soil and increased the proportion of middle and lower segment of root system.Moderate root-cutting would reduce root senescence by delaying the occurring time of the maximum of root vigor,superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD) activity and the rate of decline of them.And moderate root-cutting would reduce the malondialdehyde (MDA) content in root system of each soil layer.Moderate root-cutting could improve significantly valid pods,pod yield,seed yield,but excessive root-cutting did not have this effect.This research suggested that the moderate depth of root-cutting was between 10 to 15 cm.
