水稻根系不同强度干旱胁迫下5个基因表达分析

摘要: 通过不同浓度的PEG处理,模拟不同强度的干旱胁迫,研究水稻幼苗根系中5个基因的表达情况,结果表明:不同强度干旱胁迫下,根系中各基因表达也各不相同,但是在轻度干旱和中等干旱胁迫下,主要以下调为主,少数表达上调,严重干旱胁迫下情况比较复杂,有基因以上调为主的(抗坏血酸过氧化物酶4基因、核内小RNAZ274基因、甲酸四氢叶酸连接酶基因),也有基因以下调为主的(木聚糖酶抑制子蛋白1前体基因),还有基因以上调为主,但是上调倍数不大,下调倍数很大(酸性内切几丁质酶基因);5个基因表达的日变化表现出6种类型,每种类型的日表达都是上下波动的;抗旱品种的水稻根系对不同强度的干旱可能采取不同的应对策略,对轻度干旱和中等干旱可能是减少不必要的能量和物质消耗,过度干旱、严重干旱胁迫下才调动大量抗逆相关物质,抵抗干旱的伤害。

Abstract: Five genes expression of rice seedling roots were investigated under different concentrations of PEG treatmen.t The genes expression pattern of rice roots varied under different intensity drought stress as followed: the main changew as down-regulated under the middle and mild drought stress, the up-regu lated was the minority. The genes expression was comp lex under serious drought stress, I. e., themain change of some genes( L-ascorbate perox-i dase genes, small nuclearRNA gene Z274, form ic acid tetrahydro folate ligase genes)w as up-regulated, xy lanase inhib-i tor prote in 1precursors genew as down-regulated, themain change of acidic enchitinase genew as increase, but the up multip lew as lower than the dow nmultiple far away. Five genes expression variat ion showed six types and each type of expression was day fluctuation. Rice root systems of drough-t resistant variety had different response strategies to adapt different intensity drought stress: variety may reduce unnecessary energy and material consumption under mild and middle drought and mobilize sign ificant related substances to resist drought damage under serious drought stress.
