青麻叶大白菜种质资源遗传多样性的AFLP分析

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Qingmaye Germplasm of Chinese Cabbage by AFLP Technique

摘要: 利用AFLP分子标记技术,对42份青麻叶大白菜品系间的遗传多样性与亲缘关系进行分析。5对引物组合在42份品系中共获得124条带,其中多态性条带89条,多态性比例为71.8%。计算42份品系间的相似系数范围为0.469~0.977,平均0.707。聚类结果可划分为4组,第一组大部分来源天津市津南区和塘沽地区;第二组基本上都来自津南区;第三组大多来源天津西青区;第四组来源于天津各个地区及河北省。聚类结果与材料的来源地有一定的相关性,较好地反映了42份青麻叶大白菜品系间的遗传背景及亲缘关系。

Abstract: Genetic diversity in 42 accessions of Qingmaye Chinese cabbage was assessed using by AFLP makers,and the genetic relationship among accessions was revealed by cluster analysis.Five pairs of AFLP informative primers generated 124 bands in total and 89 bands(71.8%)were polymorphic.The similarity measures based on the Jaccard coefficient by SPSS were calculated and their average value was 0.707,ranging from 0.469 to 0.977.The clustering tree based on the geographic relationship was congregated into four groups.The first group mostly originated from Tanggu and Jinnan district in Tianjin;the second group mainly from the Jinnan district of Tianjin;the third group from the Xiqing district of TianJin;the fourth group from the various regions of Tianjin and Hebei province.Results suggested that there was a geographic relationship among 42 Qingmaye lines,which could be used to reveal their genetic background and genetic relationship.
