盐胁迫下诱抗剂对水稻P450基因差异表达的分析

Analysis of Rice Cytochrome P450 Gene Differential Expression under NaCl Treatment Induced by Elicitor

摘要: 以盐胁迫为对照,诱抗剂处理水稻R6幼苗根系后,采用Oligo芯片技术筛选和分析了P450基因的差异表达;进一步以H2O和盐胁迫为对照,诱抗剂处理水稻R6幼苗根系后,利用半定量RT-PCR检测P450基因的差异表达,结果表明,P450基因OsHI-1在盐胁迫下特异表达,在诱抗剂HI的作用下增强表达。

Abstract: Cytochrome P450 genes showed differential expression in R6 seedlings′ root cells induced by elicitor then1 %NaCl treatment using Oligo DNA microarray,1 %NaCl treatment as the control;differentially expressed cytochromeP450 genes were detected by semi2quantitative RT2PCR in R6 seedlings′root cells induced by elicitor then 1 %NaCltreatment,1 %NaCl treatment and H2O as the controls. The result showed that P450 gene OsHI21 had special expressionunder 1 %NaCl treatment and strengthened expression when induced by elicitor2HI.
