内蒙古西部地区沙棘光合与蒸腾特性研究

The Study of Photosynthetic Rate and Transpiration Rate on Hippophae rhamnoides L in the West of Inner Mongolia

摘要: 为探讨沙棘对内蒙古西部地区水分条件的适应性,更好的研究内蒙古西部地区沙棘的水分生理生态特征及其抗旱性,利用美国拉哥公司(LI-COR)生产的开放式气体交换LI-6400便携式光合作用测定系统,对内蒙古西部地区中国沙棘的光合速率、蒸腾速率及影响其变化的环境因子进行了测定分析。结果表明:沙棘的光合速率和蒸腾速率都具有明显的日变化和季节变化,光合速率的月均值为9.46μmol/(m2·s),蒸腾速率的月均值为6.66 mmol/(m2·s);沙棘的光合速率、蒸腾速率都与环境因子(气温、相对湿度、光合有效辐射等)有着密切关系。

Abstract: In order to provide scientific basic data for analyzing degree of responding the environmental factors, analyzing optimum condition of physiological ecology and improving productivity, photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and the environmental factors of Hippophae rhamnoides L. were measured by the open exchange system, LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System in the west of Inner Mongolia. The results showed: Photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate had daily and seasonal variation, the photosynthetic rate monthly average from May to September was 9.46 μmol/ (m2·s), and transpiration rate monthly average was 6.66 mmol/ (m2·s); The photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate have significant correlation with environmental factors (temperature, relative humidity, photosynthetic active radiation).
