摘要: 大豆施锌,可增进种子氨基酸含量,在0.1ppm左右锌的处理下,碳酸酐酶,叶绿素a、b含量以及固氮酶活性均较高,依此浓度递增,上述三项生理指标递减,即以0.5ppm锌浓度处理最低;吸氢活性与锌浓度关系与固氮酶活性变化趋势相反。

Abstract: Based on the former study of Zinc nutrition in Soybean, a primary study on the Zinc physiology was carried out. The results showed; Within the low Zn concentration range of 0 -0.3ppm,Zinc appeared helpful to plant height,numbers of nods, branchs,green leaves and pods,roots volume and nodule number.The photosynthesis intensity of leaves from Zn deficient plant was 21.9% lower than that of normal leaves.The respiration intensity of normal leaves was 95.9% higher than that of Zn deficient leaves. The chlorophyll content, carbonic anhydrase and activity of nitrate reductasc (NR) had a positive relation with Zn concentration.
