大麦胚珠发育中淀粉动态的研究

摘要: 运用常规石蜡制片法,在光学水平观察了淀粉在大麦胚珠发育中的消长动态。结果表明,淀粉粒的聚积出现三次高峰,即大孢子母细胞减数分裂之前,受精之前和种子成熟时期。认为淀粉的积累预示着活跃的代谢活动。珠心中具贮藏淀粉,说明短命珠心不仅作为转运组织,而且在一定时期具贮藏功能。

Abstract: Based on the conventional paraffin sectioning method, observation was done at the optical level on the dynamics of starch during the ovular development in barley. The result showed that there were three peaks of starch accumulation, i, e., the period before meiosis of megaspo-rous mother cells, the period of fertilization and the seed maturing period. It was considered that accumulation of starch was the prediction of vigorous metablism.
