摘要: 利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶盘状电泳,对野生大麦与栽培大麦抽穗期雌雄蕊、茎节、颖壳和旗叶的酯酶以及过氧化物酶同工酶进行了分析,实验结果为单系起源论提供了依据.同时,发现酯酶同工酶与过氧化物酶同工酶可能是进化速率不同的两种同工酶.酯酶同工酶在系统发展中变化大,是研究不同物种亲缘关系的一个较好的生化指标.

Abstract: The isozymes of esterase and peroxidase in pistils, stamens, nodes of stems, glumes, flag leaves of wild and cultivated barleys were analyzed with polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoresis. The analysis results provided a basis for the theory of single line origen. Moreover, the authorsfound that the isozymes of esterase and peroxidase belonged to two kinds of isozyme is changeable in the systematic development, so it is a better biochemical index for studying the close relationship of different species.
