辣椒砧/穗残株高效再利用技术研究

Study on Efficiency of Rootstock/Scion Residue Reuse in Pepper

摘要: 嫁接是提高辣椒抗逆性的有效方式,为提高嫁接过程中砧木和接穗的利用效率,明确辣椒嫁接后砧木、接穗残株的再生进程及再次嫁接利用的可行性,以辣椒砧木品种哈博和接穗品种中椒6号为试材,设计不同嫁接组合(正常接穗苗/正常砧木苗(NS/NR)、再生接穗苗/正常砧木苗(RS/NR)、正常接穗苗/砧木扦插苗(NS/CR)、再生接穗苗/砧木扦插苗(RS/CR)),研究了砧木、接穗残株再生苗的生长发育进程,比较了残株嫁接苗与初次嫁接苗的愈合情况和生长指标。结果表明:在本试验条件下,辣椒嫁接后砧木残株可扦插再生、接穗残株可腋芽再生形成完整的幼苗,残株再培养25 d,砧木茎粗2.39 mm左右,接穗腋芽新生茎茎粗2.16 mm左右,达到嫁接要求,与播种方式相比,可缩短砧木与接穗育苗时间均为5 d;利用砧木、接穗残株再生苗进行嫁接,不同砧/穗组合的残株嫁接苗的成活率、接合力、输导能力与初次嫁接苗相比未达到显著差异水平(P >0.05);嫁接后30 d,采用隶属函数法对残株嫁接苗质量进行综合评价,表明残株嫁接苗与初次嫁接苗没有显著差异。说明辣椒嫁接后砧/穗残株可以嫁接再利用,并提高辣椒嫁接苗的育苗效率。

Abstract: Grafting is an effective way to improve the stress resistance of pepper,in order to improve the utilization efficiency of rootstock and scion during grafting,and to clarify the feasibility of regeneration and grafting reuse of rootstock and scion after grafting,pepper Habo as rootstock and Zhongjiao No.6 as scion,designed different grafting combinations(normal scion/normal rootstock (NS/NR),regeneration scion/normal rootstock (RS/NR),normal scion/rootstock cuttings (NS/CR),regeneration scion/rootstock cuttings (RS/CR)),studied the growth and development process of rootstock and scion residue regeneration seedlings,compared the healing and growth indexes of residue grafting seedlings with primary grafting seedlings. The results showed that under the condition of this experiment,the rootstock could be regenerated by cutting and the scion could be regenerated to form a complete seedling,the stem diameter of the rootstock was about 2.39 mm and the scion was about 2.16 mm after 25 days cultivation,both the rootstock and the scion can be graft,and shorten the seedling raising time 5 days. Compared with the primary grafting seedlings,the survival rate,connecting force,transporting capacity and the quality of the grafted seedlings after grafting 30 days did not reach a significant difference when grafted with rootstock and scion residue. The grafted rootstock and scion residue could be regenerated and grafted again after grafting,and the efficiency of pepper grafted seedlings could be improved.
