复合有机微量元素添加对蛋鸡蛋壳品质的影响

Effects of Complex Organic Trace Minerals Supplemental on Eggshell Quality of Laying Hens

摘要: 旨在研究饲粮添加复合有机微量元素铁、锌、锰对产蛋中后期海兰褐蛋鸡蛋壳品质的影响。选择70周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡450只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。设对照组(基础饲粮)及试验组(基础饲粮添分别添加0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.4%复合有机微量元素)。试验期为30 d,每10 d测定蛋壳品质、元素组成和血液生化指标。结果表明:0.2%组破蛋率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组蛋壳强度着色深度均显著大于对照组,且0.2%组蛋壳强度在数值上均大于其他组,壳色均显著高于其他组(P<0.05);0.2%组钙、氮元素重量百分比显著高于对照(P<0.05);0.2%组和0.4%组血清碳酸酐酶和血钙浓度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),且0.2%组血红蛋白浓度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上,饲粮添加0.2%复合有机微量元素可以有效地改善产蛋中后期蛋鸡蛋壳品质。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to investigate effects of organic trace minerals Fe,Zn and Mn supplemental levels on eggshell quality of laying hens.A total of 450 Hy-line variety brown laying hens aged 70 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Experimental groups were control group (basal diet) and four treatment groups (basal diet add 0.05%,0.1%,0.2% and 0.4% organic trace minerals).The eggshell quality and blood biochemical indexes were detected respectively in each 10 days.The results showed that 0.2% group significantly decreased egg broken rate compared with the control group (P<0.05);The supplementation of complex organic trace minerals significantly increased eggshell strength and color depth compared with the control group (P<0.05),and eggshell strength and color depth in 0.2% group higher than the other groups in observed values;The elements composition of eggshell in 0.2% group,Significantly higher than the Control group(P<0.05);The concentration of carbonic anhydrase and Calcium in blood serum significantly higher in 0.2% group and 0.4% group (P<0.05) compared with other groups,and the concentration of hemoglobin in 0.2% group also significantly higher than the other groups;Taken together,diets adding with complex organic trace minerals had certain improvement to eggshell quality of laying hens in the late period and the addition of 0.2% in diet showed a better effect in the present study.
