基于MultiNA微芯片电泳系统的56份玉米骨干自交系的遗传多样性分析

The Genetic Diversity of 56 Maize Inbred Lines on MultiNA Microchip Electrophoresis Technology

摘要: 为了研究56份玉米骨干自交系的遗传多样性,充分挖掘种质资源的遗传潜力,用MultiNA微芯片电泳系统 通过36对多态性SSR分子标记对56份玉米自交系进行遗传多样性分析,通过 PowerMarker V3.25与 Structure V2.3.4 等软件揭示其基因多样性与群体结构.结果表明:在56份自交系中,36对SSR标记所检测到的等位变异为8 ~39个,平均为24.694个;基因多样性为0.758 ~0.968,平均为0.918;PIC为0.722 ~0.967,平均为0.911.聚类分析表明,K=7时,ΔK值最大,即这些自交系可以划分为7个类群,依次为旅大红骨群、兰卡斯特群、瑞德群、P群、塘四平头群、综合种选亚群、热带种质.研究结果为供试材料的利用提供了理论依据.

Abstract: In order to study the genetic diversity of 56 maize inbred lines,fully tap the genetic potential of the germplasm,the genetic diversity of 56 maize inbred lines were analyzed on MultiNA Microchip Electrophoresis Technology by 36 pairs of Polymorphic SSR markers and their genetic diversity and population structure was revealed by PowerMarker V3.25 and Structure V2.3.4 software.The results showed that:The detected alleles of 36 SSR primers ranged from 8 to 39,with an average of 24.694;genetic diversity ranged from 0.758 to 0.968,with an average of 0.918;the polymorphism information index(PIC)ranged from 0.722 to 0.967,with an average of 0.911.These inbred lines could be divided into seven groups,followed by Lüdahonggu group,Lancaster group,Reid group,P group,Tangsipingtou group,Integrated species subgroup and Tropical germplasm.Because the cluster analysis showed that when K was seven the ΔK value was the maximum.These results provided basis for the test material parental material selection.
