种植密度对晚播冬小麦荧光动力学参数和产量的影响

Effect of Planting Density on Fluorescence Induction Kinetic Parameters and Yield of Winter Wheat under Late-sowing

摘要: 为明确晚播冬小麦合理的群体结构,以济麦22为试验材料,研究了种植密度对晚播冬小麦叶绿素荧光动力学参数和产量的影响。结果表明,增加种植密度到300万~420万⁄hm2时,可改善晚播小麦叶片光合功能,提高灌浆期最大光合速率(Pm)、初始斜率(α)和最小半饱和光强(Lk);其SPAD值、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv⁄Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv⁄Fo)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、荧光光化学淬灭系数(qP)和非光化学猝灭系数(qN)等叶绿素荧光动力学参数较优,最终产量明显高于其他处理。表明合理的种植密度可改善晚播冬小麦光合功能,提高籽粒产量水平。

Abstract: In order to definite a reasonable population composition of late}owing winter wheat we selected Jimai 22 as field experimental material , and studied the effect of planting density on fluorescence induction kinetic parameters and yield of late}owing winter wheat. The results indicated that the treatments of planting density of 300×104一420×104 /ha could improve photosynthetic function of late}owing wheat and increased maximum photosynthetic rate, initial slope and the minimum half}aturated light intensity. The maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv /Fm),the PS, potential activity(Fv/Fo),actual photochemical efficiency of PS (BPS II),photo chemical quenching coefficient (qP) and non photo chemical quenching coefficient (qN) were higher of flag leaves and grain yield were higher in treatments of planting density of 300一420 104 /ha. In result the reasonable planting density could improve photosynthetic function of late}owing wheat and increase grain yield.
