断氮处理对生菜中硝酸盐与维生素C含量的影响

Effects of Nitrogen-free Hydroponic Solutions on Nitrate and Vitamin C Content in Lettuce Grown Hydroponically

摘要: 通过温室水培试验研究了三种断氮处理对生菜各部位维生素C和硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,断氮处理可调节展开叶叶片维生素C的含量,与全营养液相比蒸馏水处理提高了展开叶叶片的维生素C含量,但无氮营养液却降低了展开叶叶片维生素C含量;三种断氮处理对展开叶叶柄和老叶维生素C含量无显著影响;展开叶叶柄的维生素C含量明显低于叶片,而老叶维生素C含量居中。另外,三种断氮处理均可显著降低展开叶叶片、叶柄和老叶中的硝酸盐含量,从断氮处理下硝酸盐含量降低幅度来看,展开叶叶片>叶柄>老叶。

Abstract: A greenhouse experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of three kinds of nitrogen-free hydroponic solutions on vitamin C contents in expanded leaves and old leaves after six-day treatment.The results showed that nitrogen-disruption treatments altered the vitamin C content in expanded leaf blades,but not the petioles and old leaves.Distilled water treatment increased the vitamin C content in expanded leaf blades,but nitrogen-free nutrient solution decreased the vitamin C content in expanded leaf blades.In addition,three nitrogen-free solutions did not affect the vitamin C content in expanded leaf petioles and old leaves.The vitamin C content in expanded leaf blades was higher than old leaves,and that in old leaves was higher than expanded leaf petioles.All nitrogen-free solutions decreased the nitrate contents in expanded leaf blades,petioles and old leaves.KCl solution was more efficient than other treatments.The decline extent of nitrate content followed the sequence of expanded leaf blades petioles old leaves.
