玉米籽粒锌、铁含量与籽粒性状的相关及QTL定位分析

Correlation Analysis and QTL Mapping for Kernel Traits and Zinc, Iron Content in Maize

摘要: 利用自交系178和郑58构建的F2:3家系群体为研究材料,对不同环境下玉米籽粒锌、铁含量、籽粒构型、百粒重等籽粒主要性状进行相关分析,并对锌、铁含量进行QTL定位分析。结果表明,不同环境下籽粒锌含量与铁含量呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.159,0.395,粒长与粒厚呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.68,-0.252;粒长与百粒重呈极显著正相关,相系数分别为0.445,0.341,粒宽与百粒重呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.448,0.570。在保定、邯郸两个环境下,共定位到了21个QTL,其中保定环境下定位到16个,邯郸环境下定位到5个。在第5染色体的umc1097-umc1670区段,两地均定位到了控制籽粒锌、铁含量的QTL,可解释遗传变异范围分别为6.40%~12.41%和7.23%~18.85%,说明该区段存在控制籽粒锌、铁含量的共同位点。

Abstract: The F2: 3 family group from inbred line 178 and Zheng 58 were used as material,QTL mapping and correlation analysis of Zn and Fe content of maize kernel,kernel structure,hundred kernel weight were demonstrated in two different places in this study. The results showed that the content of Zn was positively correlated with Fe content, the correlation coefficients were 0. 159,0 . 395 respectively. The kernel depth and kernel thickness were significantly negative correlated with each other. The correlation coefficients were-0. 68 and-0. 252, respectively. The kernel depth and hundred kernel weight were highly significant positive correlated,whose correlation coefficient were 0. 445 and 0. 341, respectively. The kernel width and hundred kernel width were highly significant positive correlated with correlation coefficient of 0. 448 and 0. 570, respectively. 21 QTLs for main kernel traits of F2: 3 family group were identified in Baoding and Handan including 16 QTLs identified in Baoding,5 QTLs identified in Handan. Between markers umc1097-umc1670 section on chromosome 5,Zn content and Fe content had a common QTL location section which explained 6. 40%-12. 41% and 7. 23%-18. 85% genetic variation respectively. These results indicated there were common QTLs for Zn and Fe content in kernel in this section.
