KNO3、K2SO4及其混盐胁迫对辣椒幼苗生长和光合特性的影响

摘要: 为探讨日光温室土壤主要盐分对作物生长和光合特性的影响,以辣椒品种亮剑为研究试材,比较研究了50,100,150,200mmol⁄L的KNO,、K2SO4及其混盐(1:1)对辣椒幼苗株高、根长、叶片数、地上地下部鲜干质量、叶绿素含量、光合作用指标的影响.结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度的逐渐增加,辣椒幼苗的株高、根长、叶片数、生物量积累、叶片叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、光合水分利用率逐渐下降,胞间CO2浓度逐渐增加;低浓度盐胁迫辣椒幼苗光合速率的下降主要原因是气孔因素的限制,而高浓度盐胁迫则为非气孔因素限制;综合各项测定指标得出,K2SO4盐对辣椒幼苗生长和光合作用的影响较强,其次是KNO3盐,再次是其混盐.

Abstract: The effects of KN03,K2S04 and their mixed salt stress(0,50,100,150,200 mmol/L)on plant growth and photosynthetic characters of pepper(Liangjian named)seedling were investigated.The results showed that plant height,root length,leaf numbers,accumulation of biomass production,the total Chl,Chla,Chlb,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and water utility efficiency decreased gradually,and intercellular C02 concentration increased gradually with increasing of salt concentration.The reduction of net photosynthetic rate under relatively lower salt treatment was the result of stomatal limitation,and non·stomatal limitation was the main reason for the decrease of net photosynthetic rate under higher salinity stress.K2 S04 salt hurt more important on pepper seedling LiangJian than KN03 and their mixed salt(1:1).
