大豆染色体代换系CB4F2回交群体的构建及聚类分析

Community Building and Cluster Analysis of the Soybean Chromosome Substitution Lines of CB4F2

摘要: 2000-2008年,以山西省骨干亲本晋豆23号(Glycine max Merr,cv.Jinbean 23)为母本、农家品种灰布支(Glycine max Merr,cv.ZDD231)为父本配置杂交组合,通过多代不明确回交和自交构建446个株系的大豆染色体代换系群体,并通过聚类分析方法对群体进行聚类,将其初步分为晋豆23号等位系核心群Ⅰ(161份),次核心群Ⅱ(172份),灰布支近血缘品系群Ⅲ(68份),超亲品系群IV(4份),这将为大豆遗传图谱研究、基因功能组研究和功能基因克隆提供理想丰富的遗传群体和材料平台.

Abstract: During 2000-2008,through generations indefinit backcross and selfcross,with Jinbean 23 of shanxi backbone parent (Glycine max Merr,cv. Jinbean 23) as the female and Local Species Huibuzhi (Glycine max Merr, cv. ZDD2315) as the male,community of soybean chromosome substitution lines with 446 strains was built. The community was classified with cluster analysis into Jinbean 23 core group I of 161 parts,secondary core groupⅡof 172 parts,Huibuzhi near blood Ⅲ of 68 parts,and ultra-blood Ⅳ of 45 parts,which provides rich genetic community and material for studies on genetic mapping,function genome and function gene clone.
