樱桃番茄果形主基因-多基因混合遗传分析

Genetic Analysis of Fruit Shape Index Using Mixed Major Gene Plus Polygenes Inheritance Model in var.cerasiforme

摘要: 以樱桃番茄圆形自交系W03(P1)和梨形自交系W05(P2)为双亲,构建P1,F1,P2,B1,B2和F2 6个家系世代群体,应用植物数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传模型和经典遗传学方法对该6个世代群体果形指数进行多世代联合分析,结果显示:W03×W05果形遗传符合2对完全显性主基因+加性-显性多基因模型。B1,B2和F2群体主基因遗传率分别为1.99%,79.05%和79.70%,多基因遗传率分别为5.3%,7.31%和。89%,说明F2果形表现出较高的主基因遗传率。对W03×W05组合果形性状的改良要以主基因为主,同时注意环境的影响。

Abstract: W403,a round shaped,and W405,a pear shaped var.cerasiforme,were employed to establish six genealogical populations,P1,F1,P1,B1,B2and F2,the fruit shape index of the populations were analyzed by means of classic genetics and the major gene+polygene mixed inheritance model of quantitative traits.The results showed that,the Fruit shape index was controlled by two completely dominant major gene plus additive dominant polygene model.Heritability values of the major genes of B1,B2and F2population were 14.99 %,79.05 % and 79.70 % respectively,while those polygene were 5.34 %,7.31 % and 4.89 %.These results indicated that major gene in F2was a key factor and environment factor was also relatively important.This implies that in the genetic improvement of fruit shape index major gene is a main factor whereas environmental effect should be taken care of.
