大豆重组自交系Jinf F10抗大豆孢囊线虫4号生理小种抗性的分析研究

Studies on Relationship between Agronomic Traits and Resistance of SCN4 Race in Soybean Canopies

摘要: 2002-2005年,对以晋豆23为母本、灰布支为父本的大豆重组自交系Jinf F10群体的29个主要农艺性状和抗大豆孢囊线虫4号生理小种抗性进行了研究分析。结果表明:大豆重组自交系根系孢囊量与小区产量、单株粒重、粒长呈高度负相关,与单株质量、荚粒重呈显著负相关,与4粒荚数呈高度正相关,与粒宽、叶宽呈显著正相关。不同抗性的抗孢囊材料,相关性存在差异,高抗材料与株高、开花日数呈高度正相关;中抗材料与主茎节数和生育日数呈显著负相关,与单株粒重呈显著正相关;中感材料与29个主要农艺性状相关不显著;高感材料与百粒重、2粒荚长、小区产量、茸毛数呈高度正相关,与茎粗呈显著正相关。大豆重组自交系质量性状,黑色种皮与抗孢囊材料密切相关;脐色中褐黄色对黑色显性;花色和茸毛色分别为紫花对白花和棕毛对灰毛显性。

Abstract: The relationship was studied between 29 agronomic traits and resistance of SCN4 race.This soybean RIL population was named as Jinf with across between Jinbean23 and ZDD2315.The result showed: No.of SCN was high negative correlation with yield per plot,seed weight per plant,seed length and was high positive correlation with No.of 4-seed per plant.No.of SCN was close negative correlation with weight per plant,weight of pod and was close negative correlation with seed breadth,leaves breadth.
